The Department of Deciduous Fruit Trees in Naoussa covers an area of 20 hectares where are offices, a library and a conference room. In its fields there is a greenhouse, mist irrigation benches and insect proof chambers. It has also experimental stations in Makrochori (24 hectares), Skydra (37 hectares) and Aridaia (10 hectares).
